We regularly submit applications to both the Home Office and Visa Offices abroad for our clients. Our experience in this field has been an asset to the hundred of clients we have assisted since the formation of SIAU.
As we are registered at Level 3 with the OISC we are permitted to represent clients before the First Tier and Upper Tier of the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal. We have won numerous appeals for our clients and established an excellent record.
We assist clients with applications for British Nationality on a regular basis. We check applications and highlight any potential weaknesses prior to submission. Our services are more detailed than the Post Office/register offices checking services and include explanation of the legal requirements and current policy and perusal of supporting documents.
Sue, Nisar and Geoff will again be taking part in the London Legal Walk on 21 May 2012 to raise money for Slough Immigration Aid Unit.
Please visit our sponsored walk page for more information and to sponsor the walkers.
