Slough Immigration Aid Unit's staff and the trustees of the organisation have many years’ experience and are accredited to work in the immigration, nationality and refugee law fields.

We prioritise giving a personal, quality and professional service. 

We can help and advise on many aspects of immigration, refugee and nationality law, including: 

• sponsoring a visitor to the UK
• sponsoring a husband, wife, partner, fiancé or fiancée or other family member coming to live in the UK or applying to remain here longer
• applications under the EU Settlement Scheme
• fee waivers and change of conditions applications
• seeking asylum in the UK - though as legal aid may still be available for this, we do not represent asylum applications and may refer on to more specialist advisers
• for those granted refugee status, advice and representation on obtaining travel documents and making applications for family reunion
• representation at immigration appeals
• applying for British nationality
